钤印颇有讲究，这是随着书法的艺术化演进的而演进的。先生提到的同一幅作品上加盖一朱一白两枚印章孰先孰后的问题，我的习惯是先白后朱。其意义在于阴前而阳后，以阳刚之气封底而不致漏气。
至于上款加盖迎首，先人有在正文首字右下角盖章者，亦有在上款右侧首二字侧下加盖者。如题写某先生雅正之类款时，未曾见过在人家头上盖红者，亦无在正文顶端烙印之例。书法不是丹顶鹤。以上为一孔之见，不揣冒昧，仅供先生参考。
